Set within a quiet yet central spot in Ayia Napa, four-bedroomed Villa Dossa is the perfect choice for families, couples or friends looking for a relaxing base that’s close to beaches and amenities. The Mediterranean resort town, on the southeast coast of Cyprus, is renowned for its stunning beaches. All 14 that line the coastline have Blue Flag status. And between the beaches and bars, there are pretty cobbled streets, friendly harbourside restaurants and a peaceful Medieval monastery that all well-worth exploring. Plus, fun-filled boat trips, water sports and scenic hikes await too.
As you enter the luxury villa itself, you’ll find a spacious open-plan living, kitchen and dining area. It’s the perfect place for the whole family to enjoy quality time together. Chill out on the comfy corner sofa or charming dining table and chairs. The kitchen also has all the modern appliances you’ll need for a self-catering stay, as well as a breakfast bar to seat an extra two people. Large patio doors flood the room with beautiful natural light and lead straight to the tranquil garden and pool area.
Outside, the space continues to exude comfort and tranquillity. There are cushioned sun loungers lining the pool, and there’s a paved terrace with dining table and barbeque area for those alfresco evenings. There’s also a roof terrace – perfect for whiling away the afternoon on while enjoying panoramic sea views. And when you’re not cooling off in the private swimming pool, get a break from the sun under the shade of a parasol or layout on the soft grass with your holiday read.
You’ll find a twin bedroom on this floor with doors leading to the garden too. The remaining three bedrooms and family bathroom are on the first floor. There are an en-suite master bedroom, a double bedroom and another twin bedrooms. All the bedrooms on this floor share a large balcony that overlooks the stunning sea views and are equally stylish with a soothing natural colour palette. Villa Dossa is in Ayia Napa on the southeast coast of Cyprus. The vibrant coastal town is known for its beautiful beaches. There are fourteen to choose from, all with Blue Flag Status. Head to Makronissos for an array of exciting watersports like parasailing or jet skiing or family-friendly Sandy Beach. Fig Tree Bay in nearby Protaras is also a must visit. The beach is famous for its lone fig tree, soft sandy shore, calm swimming waters and a small island that you can swim out to.
In Ayia Napa town centre, head to the Venetian-era Ayia Napa Monastery in the central square, stop for a bite to eat at one of the local tavernas or international restaurants or while away the afternoon at the harbour. From there, you could join a boat trip to explore the rugged coastline. Some boats will go to Cape Greco National Park. The protected area, with its pine-tree forests, is ideal for walking and hiking. Look out for the lighthouse or ancient temple devoted to Aphrodite. At the Eastern edge of the park is Konnos Bay, a breathtakingly beautiful beach with crystal clear waters. The park also has submerged sea caves and coves – popular spots to snorkel or scuba dive.
Of course, Ayia Napa is renowned for its buzzing clubs and vibrant nightlife too. But there are also plenty of quieter beach bars for chilled-out cocktails. Nicosia, the capital of Cyprus, is also just an hour away by car. You can explore the pretty old town within its Venetian buildings, wander around the charming churches and browse the artisan shops and jewellers for one-of-a-kind souvenirs.

For scuba diving, jump on a boat trip to Cape Greco National Park. The park boasts exciting underwater sea caves that are ideal for both beginners and pros. The park also has beautiful trails that are well worth walking or cycling.
For a dose of culture, the Venetian-era Ayia Napa Monastery in the central square is a must see. Ayia Thekla Chapel, a classic whitewashed church between Ayia Napa and Sotira village is also a fantastic place for the whole family to watch a magical Cyprus sunset as its set right on the coast.
