Villa Lepradet IS dedicated to your private event (up to 42 guests)
Stays are all-inclusive, access to the pool and Jacuzzi, as well as water and land activities, including meals (except in the guesthouse). Though upon request we can rent the property without meals.

Birthday party, corporate seminar, special event… Villa Lepradet is designed to make your stay exceptional.
With the full estate, you benefit from three different houses with a total of 24 rooms that can accommodate up to 42 guests. Each room, in single or double configuration, has its own private bathroom and toilet.
You also have access to all our reception areas: large lobby, lounge with fireplace, library, winter garden, swimming pool (heated from the beginning of May to the end of October), jacuzzi with panoramic view of the Mediterranean, yoga Deck, gym, petanque court, and Nautique…
Do you need help creating your event? Our dedicated Guest Manager will assist, with the help of our
entire team: Chef, Butler, Barman and Housekeeper.

in the design of our guest rooms, each decorated in a unique way.
Villa Lepradet offers its guest rooms with breakfast formulas: you have access to the park, the Zen swimming pool, the jacuzzi with a panoramic view of the Mediterranean, and all our water and land
activities.
Themed Stays
3-day programme with bed and breakfast, boat trips, meeting with the NGO Ocean Quest France, aperitifs and meals, access to the comfort and activities of the villa, and much more to discover.
The Cottage
A secret spot for a peaceful stay. Nestled away in the greenery, the Cottage welcomes you in its intimacy while giving you access to the entire Villa Lepradet experience. Rope headboards made by craftsmen, high-end linens, antique furniture to bring more authenticity and character to the house, every detail has been skilfully studied to combine comfort and serenity.
The Cottage, 200m2, can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children with:
4 bedrooms with bathroom
1 children’s bedroom with two single beds
1 guest toilet
1 living room and 1 kitchen dining room, opening onto the terrace
1 terrace between shade and sun, with its private garden of 400 m2.
You also have access to the entire Villa Lepradet experience: Zen pool, panoramic jacuzzi, Nautique
and all our activities.
With friends or family, you will forge eternal memories in a house with authentic Mediterranean
charm.
La Bastide, 380m2, can accommodate up to 15 guests and includes:
7 bedrooms with private bathrooms
1 living room
1 kitchen and 1 dining room opening onto the terrace
1 additional guest bathroom with toilets
1 large terrace
1 swimming lane and an ornamental pool
1 private garden of 300m2
With independent access, the 50m2 Studio can accommodate 2 people. It has a bedroom with bathroom and a kitchen lounge, opening onto a small private terrace.
La Bastide et le Studio give you access to the entire Villa Lepradet experience: Zen swimming pool, panoramic jacuzzi, Nautique and all our activities.
It has its own centre dedicated to sea activities. Included in your stay, you can learn a whole range of new exciting sea sports: stand-up paddle, wingfoil and e-foil.
For those who simply want to enjoy the beauties of the Mediterranean Sea, a range of boat trips
are organised.
Need to relax? Lepradet Wellness offers yoga classes, meditation, massages, sensory journeys to learn
how to reconnect with yourself.
And as well-being means also healthy eating, we invite you to the Terrace, our restaurant enhanced by the talents of our French Chef.
