Villa Dune is an outstanding 16,000 sq. ft. new property. It is set by itself on a hill over 2.5 acre of totally unspoiled land. The villa overlooks the turquoise ocean and the steep tropical green and orange hills looking east. Dune is situated within easy walking distance of the smooth white sands of Saline beach. The main house features three floors including large bedrooms each bedroom has its own private bathroom, living rooms, two kitchens, spacious wooden decks, two heated pools (80 ft and 40 ft), bathrooms, graded terraces, an office and gym and a large tropical garden surrounded by elegant grey stonewall. In addition the property includes two guest villas 300 feet down the hill, along with exclusive services and easy access to the most attractive beach of the island.
The living room is spacious and equipped with stylish contemporary furniture matching the island’s tropical location, long dining tables for up than 20 guests, wide and deep sofas, plus the most modern electronics and wifi access.
The main floor features a master bedroom, a large living room and two fully equipped kitchens. One air-conditioned and the other opens onto the dining area with a high bar.
The top floor offers one master bedroom and two adjacent bedrooms, each with its bathroom. It has a sweeping view on the ocean, the pools and the terraces. Two guest bedrooms are located on each side of that master bedroom. One has a private access to a deck overlooking the ocean view, and the other offers a grand view on the Saline pond and the hills beyond.
Down a short, curved stone staircase from the main building are the two guest villas offering separate accommodations for guests or private staff. The first guesthouse features a large outside living room as well as the fully equipped kitchen and a large bedroom with adjacent bathroom. The second guesthouse offers a covered terrace which opens onto the tropical garden plus bedroom and bathroom.
The tropical garden surrounding the villa covers two acres and features bougainvilleas, coconut trees and countless smaller trees and flower-bearing bushes native to the island.
