And with two gorgeous beaches within easy walking distance, and beautiful Pigeon Island just 3km away, you can cool off in sparkling azure waters just moments from the villa.
As you step inside Luciana Estate you will be wowed by glorious high ceilings and love the fresh modern finishes throughout the villa. Its bright spacious feel will encourage guests to relax amongst its many entertaining areas; a grand living room, dining room and lovely kitchen that opens onto a fabulous dining terrace can all be found on the ground floor. And with an amass of French windows affording those spectacular sea views, you’ll never miss catching a glimpse of the enticing Caribbean waters.
There are six delightful bedrooms at Luciana Estate, all with air conditioning, cable television and attractive en-suite bathrooms. With bright neutral décor, dark wooden furniture and balcony doors to let that cool Atlantic breeze flow in, you’ll love to retreat here at the end of a long day under the hot St Lucian sun. Three of the rooms offer fantastic walk-out balconies with beautiful sea views, whilst the other three have lovely Juliette balconies.
The exterior of the villa extends its luxurious feel, with a fantastic infinity pool in which to gaze out over tropical palms and down to the glistening waters of the Caribbean. For the more active amongst you there is a small gym to ensure you keep fit during your stay. Or perhaps an afternoon nap gently swaying in the villa’s hammock is more your style. However, you like to spend your time, with comfortable modern seating and dining areas you can enjoy this beautiful space late into the evening, dining al fresco under the stars or enjoying a rum cocktail or two as another glorious day in St Lucia draws to a close.

Your nearest beach at Cap Maison, known as “Smugglers Cove” has a great variety of complimentary non-motorized water sports on offer including kayaking, Hobie Cat sailing, paddle boarding, wind surfing and snorkelling on the house reef – you may even spot a turtle or two.  Head to Pigeon Island National Park, a picturesque 44-acre national landmark just 3km away, for a beautiful beach set against a beautiful backdrop. After sunning yourself on the golden sand and swimming in the azure waters, you can visit the museum or climb to the vantage point of the historic Fort Rodney for awe-inspiring views including that of neighbouring island Martinique.
Other notable beaches include the natural black sandy beach of Anse Chastanet 58km south, where you can scuba and snorkel on most of the Island’s beautiful coral reef. Plantation Beach on the Atlantic coast just 3km away is a draw for adrenaline-fuelled kite surf fanatics. Or for family fun head to Reduit Beach in just 6km for a range of water sports and lively beach front bars. It is also home to Splash Island Water Park, an essential excursion for kids of all ages.
Luciana Estate is just 4.5km from the vibrant town life of Rodney Bay, with its bustling nightlife, attractive modern marina, complete with glamorous superyachts, and amass of bars shops and restaurants. For a more authentic feel head just a few minutes further south to Gros Islet, where the historic streets are lined with rum shops and fishing shacks draped with drying nets, and the sound of reggae can always be heard day and night. Delve into culinary delights such as freshly cut coconut, BBQ chicken and freshly caught cod, and for those ready to party the night away, be ready to enjoy a Jump Up – a rum infused street party, sure to be a highlight of your trip.
Nothing will clear a foggy head the morning after more than a trip to the island’s 19,000 acres of magnificent rainforest 20km south of the villa. With ferns as big as a house, wild orchids, waterfalls, and maybe even a sighting of the endangered St Lucia parrot, hiking on one of its many trails is the perfect way to spend the day. An aerial tram can cake you high above the canopy or for the more adventurous there are three adrenaline-pumping ziplines.
For the more sedate, catch a dollar bus half an hour to St Lucia’s colourful capital Castries on a Saturday morning, where you’ll find row after row of market stalls, piled high with mouth-watering fruits and spices. Or simply spend an afternoon soaking in the mud beneath the Sulphur Springs 59km south, where its rejuvenating properties are said to make you look ten years younger. However, you like to spend your time on holiday, there really is something for everyone on the Island of St Lucia, and all within easy driving distance from your villa.
