A diminutive but impressive villa, Tropical Lemon Tree sleeps just four guests. Your accommodation here is luxurious and the master bedroom suite on the upper floor is testament to that. It’s a large, fabulous space comprising a king size bed, reception area, en-suite bathroom and private sun deck, gifting you with exclusive views of Pigeon Island and the sparkling sea. Lie here for sun bathing, snoozing, early morning coffee or quiet reading. Welcome to paradise!The guest room is on the lower floor and leads directly out to the extensive sun deck and private pool. With the option of being either a twin or double room, this second bedroom also enjoys an en-suite bathroom, views of the sea and a light and breezy décor. Tropical Lemon Tree’s bright white and airy interior continues into the living quarters where turquoise blue is picked out in the furnishings. This colour is reflected deliciously in your private pool beyond the decking and the sea, which stretches as far as the horizon.
The kitchen is fully-equipped and your open plan, living and dining room has a luxurious, contemporary feel. The modern table, chairs and sofas invite you to sit down and relax, whilst more traditional features such as ceiling fans, potted palms and views out to the wooden deck hint at an older, colonial style. Slide open the floor to ceiling glass doors which line the sea-facing side of this space and step out onto Tropical Lemon Tree’s fabulous decking area. It wraps around the house as the view wraps around the coastline and you’ll discover that every sea-gazing opportunity has been taken advantage of. Lie back on a sumptuous sun lounger or take a seat at your al fresco dining table and soak up the mesmerising views.
Your private pool nestles into your sun deck and as you lower yourself into the welcome cool of the water, you can swim over to the infinity edge as if you’re heading out to sea. If you’re looking for escapism, privacy and tropical luxury, you’ve found it.

You’re only ten minutes to the sights and sounds of Rodney Bay but have the peace and seclusion of this wonderful villa to return to.Located in the north of the island, Tropical Lemon Tree belongs to the prestigious Cap Estate community and enjoys enviable sea views from Saline Point. With the Caribbean Sea and historic Pigeon Island to the left and on a very clear day, Martinique in the distance, you can also look out onto the Atlantic Ocean as it stretches away to the right. This corner of Saint Lucia is lush with tropical vegetation, blessed with beaches and home to the only golf course on the island.
Golfers will love the experience of playing at Saint Lucia Golf Club. It’s on your doorstep and just happens to be an eighteen-hole, championship standard course, with sweeping greens fringed with tropical, flowering plants. The clubhouse features a Caribbean grill restaurant, plus a rental shop for unplanned visits.
You don’t have to venture far from Tropical Lemon Tree to find a truly beautiful beach. If you’re after a quiet spot of sunbathing, both Plantation Beach and Smugglers Cove are only a short distance and ideal for soaking up the Caribbean sun in peace. You’ll also love the snorkelling here. The sea is warm, crystal clear and there’s plenty to look out for, thanks to the protection afforded to sea life by the Marine Reserve areas around The Pitons and Anse Cochon, further down the western coast. Divers should head to the state-of-the-art diving school at Rodney Bay. This is also where you’ll find Reduit Beach. With its palm tree fringe, carnival atmosphere, inflatable rides and cocktail bars, you can spend fun-filled days between here and the award-winning marina.
As you will pass much of your holiday admiring its beauty from your sun deck, you really should visit Pigeon Island during your stay at Tropical Lemon Tree. An iconic landmark, this dramatic and beautiful piece of land stands at three-hundred-and-thirty feet at its peak and juts out from Saint Lucia’s coastline into the sea. You’ll find cannon still in position at it’s eighteenth century hilltop fort, picturesque walks and climbs through the now peaceful, forty-acre National Park and wonderful beaches along the man-made land bridge.
