This beautiful townhouse is located in the gated community of La Reserva del Coto on the outskirts of La Manga Club. There are only five townhouses built on this community, so it is very private and rather quiet too. These properties here are exclusively allowed to access a tennis court nearby, as well as a children’s playground.
The townhouse itself is contemporary in design and has a large garden and terrace area which overlooks the South golf course. The garden itself is south facing, providing sun all day long, which should encourage outdoor living. The large garden features a grand private pool, ideal for cooling off in and also a dining area to sit and enjoy the freshly cooked food from the barbecue. There is also a table tennis table on the terrace which provides fun for all!
The interior of the property is modern throughout and provides a very comfortable stay. The majority of the accommodation is on the ground floor, with three bedrooms, a large lounge, kitchen and dining room all on this level. A further master bedroom can be found on the first floor, with ensuite bathroom and also another lounge area.
The La Manga Club facilities are not far away either, so you can venture out from the property to explore quite easily, or simply relax in the garden and enjoy your holiday in peace.
