Villa Effie’s amazing history provides a perfect holiday home, only a short distance from one of Veneto’s most attractive provincial towns.
Enjoy the sun in an extensive private garden and furnished terrace which provides perfect spot to relax and unwind amidst of gorgeous Italian hills. Accommodation is set over two floors and is quite inviting, boasting beamed ceilings serving as a reminder of the villa’s horse-stable past.
Modern kitchen is spacious and well equipped with dishwasher and full size fridge freezer. Living room features a charming fireplace, TV set and a well-stocked bookshelf with comfortable sofas – perfect to lounge and unwind after an eventful day.
Downstairs, you will find a single bedroom, toilet and bathroom, as well as a separate sitting area. Up the elegant staircase, first floor is home to four bedrooms, main one being a spacious double with built in wardrobes and modern en-suite bathroom. Three other twin rooms also have storage and a spacious, modern bathroom to share. This floor also has another sitting area that provides the perfect place to have a couple of drinks or some quiet time to read and relax.

Sports facilities nearby provide the opportunity to play a few rounds of golf and a couple of tennis matches whilst in the area and make visits to local beaches less than an hour away to sun, sea and sand.
