The exterior combines classic white-washed walls, a terracotta floating first floor, and a panoramic sea view terrace. The interiors have floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the home with lots of natural light; it is stylishly furnished with contemporary pieces and decorated in a neutral palette with highlights of hues of sea blues and sunshine yellows.

Enter the villa at the ground floor level, where you will be welcomed by a bright and breezy open-plan living space with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that seamlessly connect with the outdoors. The seating area has a comfy L-shaped sofa around a coffee table, facing a flat-screen television and a DVD player. The modern white and stainless steel kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need to cater for your stay and an adjacent six-seater dining set to serve supper. The first bedrooms can be found on this level, with bunk beds perfect for your younger kids. A guest cloakroom with a handy washing machine completes the ground floor. Take the stairs to the first floor, where the main suite is furnished with a double bed, a sofa bed, an ensuite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub, and a walk-in shower. There are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. A shared bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. You can access a sea view terrace from here, where you can sunbathe and sip cocktails watching the sunset.

Casa Tine is located a couple of kilometres inland, near the popular resort town of Lloret de Mar on Spain’s north-east Costa Brava and the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is a scenic seventy-five-kilometre drive from the nearest airport in Barcelona.

The nearest beach is only two kilometres away; within minutes, you can sunbathe on the golden sands of Cala Canyelles. Venture a little further to Lloret de Mar, with a selection of beautiful beaches, most notably Fenals, where you can swim and snorkel, take part in organised games, or try your hand at some watersports, including jet skiing, paragliding, and paddleboarding.

Keep fit with a round of golf, a game of tennis, a ride across the dunes, a hike or bike ride, or a day at an adventure park with some adrenaline-inducing zip lining.
Explore the old towns of Lloret and Tossa de Mar, both rich in history, dating back to medieval times, with ruined castles, ornate churches, and Renaissance architecture.

As the sun sets, seek out the nightlife, sip cocktails in tapas bars, wine and dine by the seashore, and dance until dawn in one of the many nightclubs of Lloret de Mar.
