The jewel of the Caribbean and one of the fastest-growing cities in the US, Miami is an international hub of art, fashion, food, and coastal lifestyle. Thankfully, Apartment Beverly’s central location makes it an excellent base to explore the Magic City.

Well situated north of downtown Miami and west of Miami Beach, Apartment Beverly is located in a trendy neighbourhood that went through a renaissance in the early 2000s. The area has become synonymous with vibrant and extensive art murals on a collection of empty warehouses – turning an area that was once overlooked into a thriving art scene replete with galleries, breweries (Wynwood Brewing Company), cafes (Panther Coffee) restaurants (The Salty, Coyo Taco) and shops.  

There are plenty of incredible sights within walking distance or a short drive from the villa, including Vizcaya Museum & Gardens (18-minute drive), a stunning Gilded Age estate surrounded by 10 acres of gardens and a wonderful place to explore close to home. And the Venetian Pool (30-minute drive), one of the most beautiful public pools in the world.
The nearby Coral Gables neighbourhood itself (a 25-minute drive) is renowned for its trendy boutiques and eateries. Stroll the Miracle Mile to take in its bevvy of art galleries, unique shops, design studios and spas.

This funky neighbourhood’s focal point is a majestic 120-year-old oak tree that serves as the centre of its trendy shopping area.
