You’ll come over all arty when you vacation in Apartment Havana, in the renaissance town of Wynwood, north of downtown Miami, on the south coast of Florida, in the USA. This unique two-storey property hosts four private independent apartments, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor, connected by a staircase. Each apartment has two well-appointed double bedrooms, and the block can accommodate up to a total of sixteen guests, perfect for a fabulous family celebration or a large group of friends’ get-together. The property comes with complimentary air conditioning and Wi-Fi, satellite televisions in all the rooms, hurricane-impact windows, and private parking for up to four cars. The exterior is classic whitewashed art deco architecture, whilst the interiors are cool and contemporary, furnished with modern pieces, adorned with funky artwork, strewn with graphic design rugs, and decorated in a bright and joyous colour palette. All the apartments have white Carrera marble floors, quartz worktop kitchens fitted with Shaker-style cabinets, and rainfall showers in the bathrooms.  

The ground floor Apartment One is the largest, with a light and airy living space, furnished with a sofa, two chairs, a coffee table, and a Peloton to keep you fit on holiday. The adjacent den has a colourful sofa and a flatscreen television. The smart white kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a must-have morning coffee maker, and a four-seater dining set. A utility cupboard is home to a stacked washer-dryer. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, bedside tables, closet space, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, a hand basin, and a WC. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, bedside tables, closet space, and a smart TV. There is a second separate bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The other three apartments all have a similar layout with slight exceptions and no additional den. They all have two double bedrooms furnished with queen-size beds, but this time, they only have one shared bathroom, a walk-in rain shower, a marble vanity unit, and a WC. Apartment two has the bonus of having a football table in the living area for family fun.

Apartment Havana can be found in the hip and happening neighbourhood of Wynwood, north of downtown Miami on Florida’s south coast. Miami International Airport is a short seven miles away from your holiday home. Within the vicinity you will find a renaissance modern art scene, and over seventy galleries to choose from. The main thoroughfare of NW 2nd Ave is packed full of microbreweries, cosy coffee shops, homemade bakeries, bars, boutiques, and a vibrant nightlife.

The nearest sandy shore is the iconic South Beach in Miami, where you can join in the ball games, exercise in the outdoor gym, rollerblade along the promenade, sunbathe, swim, snorkel, and try your hand at a selection of watersports, including jet skiing, paddleboarding and parasailing. All aboard a boat trip from Biscayne Bay, private charter a yacht for a day’s excursion.
