Villa Tretze is set on its own grounds, surrounded by lush greenery, with a panoramic view terrace and your own private pool. The architect-designed exterior is sleek, with classic whitewashed walls and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that let in lots of natural light and cooling sea breezes. The villa comes with all the mod cons, including complimentary air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout, central heating for those cosy days, and secure on-site parking. The stylish interiors are furnished with contemporary pieces, some funky lighting, and decorated in a calming colour palette of natural earth tones and shades of grey.

Enter the villa at ground floor level, where you will be welcomed by an impressive open plan living space with picture postcard sea view windows. The seating area has two comfy sofas, an armchair, and a coffee table, all facing a flat-screen television and a fireplace for the cooler months. In this area is also a white and stainless steel kitchen, equipped with all the appliances you will need to cater for your stay, including that must-have morning coffee maker.

On this floor, there is also a separate study room with a working desk, chair, and sofa bed suitable for a child. The well-appointed main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Down the hall is a bedroom with twin beds and a shared bathroom with a bathtub. Taking the stairs to the lower ground floor, guests are met with another twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. This floor is great for the children as there is also a games room with a ping pong table and a relaxing seating area with two sofas to complete the accommodation.

Step out onto the terrace and admire the Mediterranean sea views, take the plunge in the centrepiece swimming pool, and relax on the adjacent sun loungers under a shady parasol. Outside is the perfect place to sit back and enjoy a drink under the Spanish sun as you complete a deal of exploring all that the Costa Blanca has to offer.

Villa Tretze can be found just outside the centre of the charming coastal town of Moraira, along Spain’s Costa Blanca, overlooking the azure waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Supermarkets, sandy shores, and restaurants are within walking distance for provisions, sunbathing, and supping.

The nearest sandy beach is Playa del Portet, a short walk away from the villa, where you can sunbathe, swim and snorkel. Be sure to also sample the golden sands of Playa de l’Ampolla in Moraira’s town centre, where you can enjoy a selection of water sports including scuba diving, paddleboarding, and kayaking. This is a wonderful option for families due to its nearby restaurants, shops, and a playground on the beach!

Keep fit with a round of golf or a game of tennis, or hike or bike the scenic trails to discover the local flora and fauna. Ifach Golf Club and Solpak Tennis Cub are all within a short drive from Villa Tretze and are great options for the sports enthusiasts of the group.

Be sure to spend the day in Moraira, Javea, and Calpe, where you will discover picturesque old towns with beautiful churches, castles, and watch towers, and local markets for fresh produce and souvenirs. In the evening, wine and dine in tapas bars, eat seafood by the seashore and sample the local wines! You’re on holiday after all!
