The nearby town of Silves is famous for its rich Moorish and medieval influences, which can be seen in the castle and cathedral, the treasures of which are displayed in the Archeological Museum. In the town, you will find stores and markets stocked with provisions for your stay and lots of welcoming cafes, bars, and restaurants.

The nearest beach is approximately a twenty-five-minute drive away; choose from Praia da Marinha, de Benagil, or the famous da Rocha, set in stunning scenery with soft sand and crystal-clear waters for swimming and snorkelling. Test your skills with a selection of water sports, including surfing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. For those who prefer being on the water, all aboard for a boat tour and dolphin spotting trip along the coast, exploring hidden bays and secret coves.
