Villa Mariella is a fresh, modern property, located only a short distance away from the centre of Calpe. The bright and airy living spaces of this villa are spread over two levels. The ground floor offers a light living/dining area with windows allowing sunlight to flood in, enlivening the space. Comfortable furnishings, make this living space calm and relaxed, ideal for socialising as a group. The kitchen is open-plan, offering all you need to cook up some summer meals to enjoy as a family wither inside or out! The ground floor offers a double bedroom as well as a room with a pull-out double bed, both boasting satellite TV. There is also a bathroom on this floor. As you step up to the upper floor you find a spacious master bedroom with a French bed, an en-suite bathroom and satellite TV, with access out to the terrace. The living spaces have air conditioning and forced-air heating for your comfort.
Outside, Villa Mariella has a relaxed, Spanish feel. With both covered and uncovered terraces, there is plenty of spaced to spread out, with the option to spend time together and find moments of escape to yourself. The barbecue and outdoor dining table make al-fresco cooking and dining a must, making the most of the long, hot Spanish days. You can take a dip in the private pool to cool off, before relaxing into a sun lounger to finish the pages of your favourite book.
