Villa Jazz Spain

Villa Jazz is a great two bedroom, two bathroom bungalow villa in a super location. You can walk to the nearest beach and supermarket, as well as to local restaurants. It’s set in a quiet residential area, so ideal if you want to properly relax on your holiday, away from the main hustle and bustle of the area. As it’s a bungalow, you’ll find everything on one level – great if you’re travelling with younger or older members of the family.
There’s a generous open-plan living and dining room – with comfortable sofas, a wall-mounted satellite TV and a fireplace. The dining table and chairs are here too. Large glass doors lead straight out to the main covered terrace which has both lounge and dining furniture – great if you want to take full advantage of the al fresco dining opportunities.  The kitchen has fully-fitted modern units, with all the appliances and utensils you’ll need. So head to the local markets and enjoy exploring, buying the freshest ingredients to cook back here at the villa.
There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, and much like the rest of the property, all are spacious, airy and bright. The décor throughout is fairly neutral, but comfortably so.
Outside is a furnished terrace, overlooking the private swimming pool and outdoor shower. The garden has grassy areas, as well as trees for some welcome shade during the heat of the day.  There’s a BBQ here so make the most of the warm evenings by cooking fish from the local market and dining al fresco.
There are lovely beaches nearby, with plenty of options for water sports if you fancy something energetic. Head to the beautiful old town of Marbella if you fancy shopping or a meal out – there are lots of local tavernas to choose from, as well as lively night life. The Costa del Sol is an extremely popular holiday choice for the discerning traveller looking for peace and quiet, magnificent sea views and within a short drive from the many fabulous beaches along the Costa del Sol coastline.
This family friendly villa is only a 30-min drive from Malaga airport. Villa Jazz is located in a very safe and popular neighbourhood close to the famous beach club Nikki beach (3km). It is conveniently located close to amenities and the excellent beaches of Carib Playa, Cabopino and Marbesa. Restaurants, bars and a supermarket are within easy walking distance (800M) and the beach is only a 2km walk away!
A nice walk or short drive (2.8 km) away you will find the lovely small harbour of Cabo Pino, with a beautiful beach and plenty of restaurants and bars, a lovely quiet place to spend the day or evening. 8.8 km away you will find the town of Mijas and in a 16min drive from the villa you will find the popular tourist destination Fuengirola.
Puerto Banus, the jetset hotspot with its impressive yacht harbour and variety of luxury brand boutiques, markets and world-famous restaurants, clubs and bars is only 20 min drive away. The more traditional and beautiful old town of Marbella is a 15-min drive, here you can find many restaurants for the typical Spanish cuisine.
Although there are plenty of amenities close by in Las Chapas we do recommend car hire to explore the whole area. There are many famous beach clubs in the area worth visiting, such as: Pool club NAO (20 min drive) Nikki Beach (3 min drive), Puro beach (30 min drive) and Ocean club (20 min drive).
Highly recommended is taking a day trip to Ronda, Malaga, Tarifa or Gibraltar. All within one hour drive and definitely worth visiting! Cool fact: Tarifa is the most southern point of Spain, you can see Morocco very clearly and you can even take a 30 min Ferry to visit Tangier in Morocco!At Excellence Luxury Villas we pride ourselves on going that little bit further for our guests.
