Located in the tranquil hamlet of Meribel Village, it’s part of the Les Allues valley — one of the largest and most privileged ski areas in the world. Less than 100m from Meribel Centre and attractive ski slopes, it’s a haven for cosy family holidays and winter retreats.
The chalet brings together the rustic charm of an Alpine ski cottage with the comfort of modern living. Its chic wooden architecture is blessed with unobstructed views of snowy mountains. Large sliding windows allow a profusion of natural light and offer extraordinary sunset views.
The living area is bright and roomy, with robust wooden furniture, stylish lighting fixtures and sudden pops of colour. The convertible sofa-cum-bed is perfect for indoor lounging. You’re never short on entertainment, thanks to the TV and SONOS speakers.
If working remotely, you can make use of the free Wi-Fi. The chalet is also kitted with a ski locker, boots heater, outdoor furniture and garage.
Savour intimate family meals at the 6-seater dining table. If you’re visiting with toddlers, you can request highchairs from the staff. The kitchen is open-plan and fully furnished, with glossy countertops and modern cabinetry. It has a beautiful west-facing terraced extension. Amenities include a fridge, freezer, induction hobs, dishwasher and blender. Whip up your very own fondue recipes using the fondue appliance.
The master bedroom is provided with a luxurious double bed. Enjoy your morning coffee on its private balcony in the company of gorgeous mountain views. Unwind before your very own TV after a hard day on the slopes. The room also includes a safe. The bathroom is en-suite — with a shower, towel dryer, hair dryer and toilet.
Located on the same floor, the second bedroom is the family room. It features a single bed and a truckle bed, which accommodates two people. An independent water closet is available.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, the chalet takes great pride in its ultra-efficient and courteous housekeeping services. Beds are made before your arrival, and you are given a fresh supply of linen and indoor slippers. Grab lunch on the terrace of La Cantine d’Alvar, against an awe-inspiring backdrop of Mont Vallon. Sample authentic Indian food at Tsaretta Spice and creamy fondues at La Fromagerie.
Non-skiers can enjoy the breath taking hiking trails around the valley. Discover sleepy mountain villages, frozen lakes and awe-inspiring peaks. Post 3 pm every day, enjoy dazzling cabaret acts, singing performances and dancers in extravagant costumes at La Folie Douce Méribel-Courchevel.
Meribel Village is a charming hamlet at a small distance from Meribel Centre. A cocoon of serenity, it’s nestled at an altitude of 1400 metres.
Marvel at its beautiful wooden and stone chalets. Dive into the region’s history with a visit to its small rustic chapel. The village square is a township unto itself — with a free car parking, supermarket, bakery, sports shop and two restaurants. Enjoy traditional Savoyard cuisine and French gourmet at these.
