Only 200m from the rolling Lapin piste and Golf ski lift, this 220 square metre property is nestled in the valley of Les Allues, one of the largest and most coveted ski areas in the world. Step into the Alpine cottage of your childhood fairy tales, now furbished with the luxuries of modern living. Its stylish wooden architecture blends perfectly with the surrounding wilderness. Large bay windows allow plenty of natural light.
The living area is a vision of sublime woodwork. It features a comfortable lounge area and chic, minimalist decor. The pièce de résistance is the central fireplace. Bask in its glowing warmth and spend quality time with your loved ones. You are never short on entertainment, thanks to the TV and SONOS speakers. Kids have plenty of board games to keep themselves hooked for hours.
Enjoy intimate family meals at the large dining table. If you’re visiting with toddlers, you can make them comfortable on the highchairs. The kitchen is roomy and fully furnished, with glossy countertops and wooden cabinetry. It includes a device with grill-stone, coffee machine, dishwasher, dryer and blender. Whip up your own delicious fondue using the fondue appliance.
The chalet has a ski room, kitted with a ski locker and boot warmer. Other facilities include a garage and ample parking space.
All five bedrooms are bright and airy, with magnificent views.
The children’s room is located on the lowest floor. It comprises two bunk beds for two people and a comfy bean bag. Kids can lounge in the sofa area and watch TV. The room is fitted with an en-suite bathroom. The first floor has three bedrooms, two of which have private terraces. All three feature a separable double bed, wardrobe and TV. On the second floor, the master bedroom is provided with a double bed, TV, dressing and chair.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, the chalet takes great pride in its ultra-efficient and courteous hospitality. If you’re arriving during the winter season, you are greeted with a bottle of champagne and welcome basket. You’re given a fresh supply of linen and indoor slippers. The Olympic Park by La Chaudanne offers exceptional facilities like a 25-metre swimming pool, fitness centre, spa and climbing walls. Take a stroll along La Chaudanne and check out its parade of glitzy shops, eclectic restaurants and inviting pubs. There are options for every kind of budget. Grab lunch on the terrace of La Cantine d’Alvar, against a magnificent backdrop of Mont Vallon. Dig into authentic Indian food at Tsaretta Spice and creamy fondues at La Fromagerie.

Meribel Village is a quaint, scenic hamlet, slightly removed from Meribel Centre, A cocoon of tranquillity, it’s perched at an altitude of 1400 metres. Witness its beautiful wooden and stone chalets.
