La Bastide des Parfums is a superb recently restored villa dating all the way back to the French Revolution, nestled amongst the perfumed hills of Grasse. Only a stone’s throw from the town centre, the property sits in a private elevated spot surrounded by marvellous vegetation, the undulating mountains on the horizon.
Lush landscaped gardens featuring palms trees surround the impressive property along with a heatable salt water pool and a number of terraces boasting incredible panoramic views. The villa’s grounds offer its lucky holidaymakers plenty of space to enjoy the sunny weather of the French Riviera.
The house itself is spread over four levels and is tastefully decorated providing a relaxed country house feel along with all the modern comforts.
The living room with its gorgeous fireplace and luxurious sofas opens up onto the main terrace overlooking the pool. On those rare brisk days, guests will be able to take advantage of the cosy veranda, equipped with al fresco dining setting and built-in barbecue.

This area sits within the Alpes-Maritime department in the South of France and is a true haven for outdoor sports lovers: golf courses, tennis courts, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, water-skiing, horse-riding are all available within a few kilometres radius.  
The charming cities of the French Riviera are just a short 20 minutes’ drive away and offer glamorous day trip options where you can stroll the yacht-lined marina of Cannes and the cobblestone streets of Antibes then take a dip in the sparkling Mediterranean in Nice.
