Villa Izan holds a fabulous location in the quiet area of Los Mojones, just a short walk away from the centre of buzzing Puerto del Carmen. Here there are a wide range of amenities including shops, bars and restaurants as well as three beautiful sandy beaches and activities for the whole family to enjoy!
The newly-built villa offers modern accommodation with contemporary furnishings and high-end interiors, making it a luxurious base for your stay in Lanzarote. Villa Izan can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests across four spacious king-size bedrooms. On the ground floor is the main living accommodation of an open-plan living room with dining area as well as a fully equipped fitted kitchen complete with breakfast bar. Also on this level is the first of the king-size bedrooms complete with en-suite bathroom. On the lower ground floor are the three remaining bedrooms, each boasting a luxury en-suite bathroom.
The outside space has been as equally well-designed complete with a large private pool, perfect for the children to splash around in while the adults enjoy a relaxing moment in the Hot Springs Jacuzzi. The covered patio complete with dining facilities and barbecue is the perfect place to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining.Villa Izan is situated in the residential area of Los Mojones just a short walk away from the centre of the resort of Puerto del Carmen. The resort wstarted off as a small fishing village but has since grown and now boasts all the facilities and amenities guests would expect of a Spanish holiday town.
