Villa Pris offers the best of both worlds to create a dream Ibiza holiday; the peace and tranquillity of a private villa that is located close to the buzz of San Antonio and its famous nightlife.
This comfortable, open-plan modern villa is split across three levels and filled with natural daylight thanks to the large windows in the living and bedroom areas, creating a relaxing outdoor living vibe.
The main living area on the ground floor features a large open living room, complete with flat screen TV and a large corner sofa. There is access to the main terrace with fabulous views of the pool. Next to the lounge is the fully-equipped American-style kitchen with a breakfast bar and stalls for a more casual dining option. For formal dining, the large exotic dining table is a beautiful spot for meal times. Next door is an added extra; a gorgeous chill-out area with big comfy sofas with views across the large private swimming pool, natural green garden and outdoor chill out area with stylish outdoor furniture.
There are three modern double bedrooms with sliding glass doors with access to the terrace and views of the beautiful scenery surrounding the villa. Each room has its en-suite bathroom with large shower facilities.
A staircase leading up from the main lounge area leads to the upper level, which has access to the roof terrace from the hallway. There are three further double bedrooms, all equipped with en-suite bathrooms. One has a double bed and the second has two single beds. The third has its private balcony and private access to the roof terrace, along with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
A fitness room can be found tucked away on the lower level of the villa, ideal for guests who love to keep fit.
Villa Pris lends itself to outdoor living with a fabulous summer kitchen on the main terrace, featuring a BBQ, fridge, gas stove and a covered outdoor dining area for 12 guests. Conveniently, there is also an outdoor toilet and shower, ideal after a long leisurely day of sunbathing and swimming in the pool.
Tear yourself away from Villa Pris and find pure relaxation on the nearby beautiful beaches of Cala Conta, Cala Bassa and Cala Tarida. San Antonio and San Raphael are 5m away.

Located in between San Antonio and San Rafael, this private villa is conveniently located within short driving distance from the buzzing nightlife of San Antonio. The lively resort is home to a beautiful open bay and is renowned for its legendary sunset cafés and clubs, plus plenty of water sports to keep guests entertained. Not to mention the buzzing atmosphere!
In contrast, San Rafael is a quaint little village with a picturesque whitewashed church with excellent views of Ibiza Town and the sea. There are some really lovely restaurants in the village too.
If you prefer to relax on a beach, the villa is close to many of the most beautiful on the island. Cala Conta has fabulous views of the little islands near Ibiza’s coastline, turquoise waters and several different areas to explore, making it one of the best beaches on the island. Cala Bassa is a busy, popular beach lined with beach bars and plenty of fun for the family, including pedalos and jet skis. Cala Tarida is the longest and widest beach on the West Coast of the island and is a firm favourite for holiday makers.
