Villa La Fustera is a luxury detached villa which was completed at the end of 2017. The villa consists of more than 300 m2 and is equipped with every imaginable luxury; separate air conditioning in every room, underfloor heating throughout the house, electrically operated blinds and a super luxurious kitchen with appliances from the brand “Gaggenou”.

– A saltwater pool of no less than 21 meters long and 3 meters wide. In the colder months of the year, the pool can be heated (at an additional cost).
Surroundings
The sea is only 600 metre walk from the house. The nearest (pebble) beach is “Cala Pinets” and the sandy beach “Cala La Fustera” is just a kilometre away. Of course you can also drive to the picturesque Moraira with its cozy restaurants, boulevards and sandy beach.

Moraira is a beautiful, authentic and well-kept seaside village where you can enjoy the Spanish climate in peace (your holiday home) or in a pleasant and lively village atmosphere.
The centre of Moraira has both luxurious restaurants and pleasant bars and terraces to recover from shopping in the boutiques or from a day at the beach.
On the coastline of Moraira you will not only find the large (sandy) beach L’ampolla, but also various bays such as La cala de El Portet, Cala Cap Blanc or Cala L’andragó. The municipality of Teulada-Moraira has recently built a beautiful hiking trail along the coastline so you can also enjoy this beautiful coast in just over 1 hour (5 km) with a light physical effort.
Another big plus are the fun activities that the municipality provides throughout the year. Like a weekly market with fresh fruit and vegetables, atmospheric music evenings in the open air, a medieval market, an open-air cinema, the party week of the village itself and much more!
There are many other little towns around the area that are worth visiting too.
Altea, for example, carries the name of the cultural capital of the Valencian Community and here you will find the Iglesia de Arriba church (high-lying church) with a beautiful panoramic view over the city and coast.
Villajoyosa is also a very nice city to visit, characterised by the colored fishermen’s houses and a beautiful golden (sandy) beach of no less than 3.5 km.
In Valencia, the capital of the province of La Comunitat Valenciana, you can discover the city by bike, cycle through the dry river Turia (8 km long) and take a look at La Cuidad De Las Artes Y Las Ciencias; the city of art and science.
