This luxury loft is New York living at its finest. First of all, you’re in the centre of Soho where trendy cocktail bars sit alongside pop-up restaurants and indie shops. The red-brick low-rises of Soho’s streets feel like the New York from the big screen, and icons such as Washington Square Gardens, Greenwich Village and Lower Manhatten are just a short walk away. To see more of the city, hop on the subway at nearby Spring Street or Bleecker Street.
Then there’s the apartment itself – floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and some of the bedrooms show off the typically NYC streets and let the sunshine stream in. We love the 1960s feel to the curved sofa and armchairs in the living room, and the full-sized wine cooler in the kitchen doesn’t hurt either. A sleek breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the living and dining area and can act as a bar in the evening. Then there are the plush bedrooms in monochrome black and white, where warehouse-sized windows let you wake up with the sun.

*One of the bedrooms has a queen-sized bed and a single bed, and one has two queens beds so would best suit a small family who doesn’t mind sharing at capacity

*Although this home can fit eleven people, if the group is all adults we’d recommend a maximum of eight due to the size of the dining table and bedroom layout
