This produce is also used in the resort’s on-site restaurant, which is known as Beni Axir. This establishment was named after a Berber settlement that dates back to the 13th century. During their time in this institution, guests are free to explore a range of high-end culinary practices, creating a plethora of alluring menu options. Guests can dive into unique dishes such as red prawns with lemon and mint, as well as expertly-prepared lamb with grilled vegetables.
