This excellent penthouse apartment lies within the exclusive gated community of the Sugar Hill Tennis Village.
Both of the spacious bedrooms are air-conditioned and offer wonderful walk-in wardrobes. One of the bedrooms comes with a Queen-size bed, and the other with two twin beds that can easily be transformed into a queen. Both rooms are painted in light colours with vivid splashes of colour seen on the bedding. They also both open out onto a lovely shared veranda with seating for four that overlooks the glorious garden and wider surrounding nature.
The living space contains comfy white sofas with bright patterned cushions surrounding a glass coffee table and flat screen television. There is plenty of seating for numerous guests and evenings spent inside socialising. Lampshades create a calm ambience in the evening and vibrant wall art attractively livens up the room. A ceiling fan has been placed in the living room to offer the ultimate comfort in the sizzling Bajan climate and the room’s marble floors are finished with a soft, homely rug.
Upon entering the kitchen, you will find a generously sized fridge and freezer and enough appliances to cook up a Caribbean inspired storm! The kitchen also benefits from smooth granite surfaces and small windows providing glorious natural light.
Understandably, you’ll want to spend as much time outside as possible. So, when you’re not indulging in a swim in the extensive outdoor pool, you’ll be absorbing the tropical sunshine on the private rooftop deck.
Your Bajan holiday awaits.Apartment Standfast is located in The Sugar Hill Tennis Village, nearby Holetown and Royal Westmoreland. There are plenty of local spots to grab a bite to eat in. Café Moya is a lovely little eatery with a simple yet tasty menu boasting fresh coffee and delicious food.
Art Gallery no 6 is a 20-minute drive away in Bridgetown and is worth a visit while in the area for its dynamic and modern artworks. The Green Monkey Chocolatier is also located in Bridgetown and has some of the tastiest macarons in the world. The small shop has plenty of chocolate enhanced with unique and tasty fillings inspired by the island.
Farley Hill National Park is also a 20-minute drive away and presents a break-taking view over the Atlantic Ocean. The park holds the picturesque ruins of an old plantation in the midst of grand mahogany trees, providing a calm place to visit and simply observe. The breezy location has so much to see once you wander around it; from the derelict building to the play area where kids joyfully have a game of football. There is also occasionally religious music playing, all adding to the serene atmosphere. It is recommended that you take a picnic and look over what remains of an old Bajan historical site.
The stunning site once held a mansion, built in 1879 by Sir Graham Briggs to entertain royalty.
