*There’s free parking for up to six cars on the driveway
*There is purified, soft treated water throughout entire this home property as well as alkaline water on tap in the kitchen
*At full capacity two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the Den, and two queen air mattress can be provided and prepared prior to arrival
*There is also a single day bed and sectional sofa in the main living room for additional sleeping space if needed – any extra daytime or overnight guests must be approved by the host
*You can use the Peloton bike and classes for free
*The host asks guests not to climb on any of the rock formations during their stay
