High ceilings, polished concrete floors and steel pillars really lean into the warehouse aesthetic, while the stunning wooden dining table and pool table really emphasise its credentials as a sociable space to hang out with friends.
Glance at the right photos and this home might appear relatively pared back and minimalist. However, a brightly coloured mural occupies an entire wall opposite the kitchen and there are further pops of colour courtesy of the artwork overhanging the seating area. However, the bedroom and en-suite bathroom keep things relatively restrained so you can unwind before bed.
Easy access to the Freedom Park trail connects you with the city’s other neighbourhoods, while Inman Park’s famous food scene is just a ten-minute stroll away.
