Holiday Home Rental Description
Part of a beautiful Altbau, we loved the nooks and crannies that give this home a cosiness that can be hard to find in apartments of this size and with such high ceilings. All of the living spaces are connected, making it an extremely sociable space, but the cherry on top is the Pilates studio, which guests are more than welcome to use (though we recommend taking a lesson from your host first). With two children’s bedrooms, Ash Guava is probably best suited for a family and it’s therefore only fitting that the neighbourhood is just as family-oriented.

*Not everyone will appreciate the free workout to the first floor of this apartment with no lift
*This is a lived-in home so you can expect some signs of wear and tear and few scuff marks
*Unfortunately, there is only one full bathroom so be prepared to share the space
*Two of the bedrooms are set up for children
*You have to walk through bedroom 2 to reach bedroom 3
