* This is a lived-in home – expect some wear and tear in terms of minor stains, scratches and scuff marks
* Although there’s an elevator in the building, you will still have to climb twelve steps to reach the home
* Tall people be aware – the shower in bathroom three is only 190 cm high
* Guest 6 would be on a futon in the living room
* Bedroom one is clearly set up for children with a single bed and plenty of toys
* Expect to share some of the space with the hosts’ belongings like toys, clothes, toiletries etc
