Rent Apartment Engine Pichkari Mitte
Holiday Home Rental Description
Engine Pichkari is like instant happiness – it’s full of colour, chic decor and luscious houseplants. We love the bright shades of green mixing with the more saturated hues for an eye-catching look. There’s somewhat of a 1960s feel to the apartment that we find super stylish and refreshing. There’s a range of retro prints and tasteful artwork around the home too and the best part about it all? These trendy interiors are inside a charming Altbau building, with heaps of character, big windows and high ceilings, creating a bright and airy space to relax. The location is also great, with Alexanderplatz less than a five-minute walk away, equalling easy access to some of Berlin’s most popular sights. You’re just over a kilometre from Museum Island, plus the eight courtyards of Hackesher Market are right around the corner.

*We found the bathroom a little tired-looking – the grouting, in particular, could do with some attention
*At just 145cm, the place for hanging the showerhead is quite low
*We noticed some risqué art pieces, which might not be to everyone’s taste
*If you’re bringing little ones along, the host provides a baby cot and highchair
