This small but modern home is squeaky clean, has a pleasing interior, and its own washer and dryer, but the location is less than ideal. With its proximity to the entrance of the Lincoln Tunnel, which is the main travel link between New York and New Jersey, this area revolves around that piece of infrastructure. Not only is there dense traffic and thus, a lot of traffic noise, but there are a many parking lots in this area to cater to the commuters. Nonetheless, if you can see past this flaw, this home is good value for money.

*There’s only one small bathroom for a potential six guests
*This Midtown location is very close to the entrance of Lincoln Tunnel, as well as in the middle of the high traffic routes leading to the tunnel, so guests will be able to hear and see lots of traffic
*Small children are not allowed in this property
*Guests five and six would sleep on the futon sofa in the living room
