This luxury home on South Carolina’s Hilton Head Island is built for easy southern living. With lush gardens, a swimming pool, open-plan living areas and large bedrooms, it’s a great choice for big families and groups. There are plenty of spaces to cosy up – the glass-screened reading nook, the stand-alone bathtub in the master bedroom, and the separate family room – as well as large spaces for the whole party to congregate. Little touches set this plot apart, including a small study, light-up vanity mirrors in bathrooms, and maritime inspired interiors. The kitchen is fully equipped for meals, but we love heading outside to the covered patio for a barbecue. If you can bear to tear yourself away from the home, it’s only a short walk to Hilton Head beach, where you can become as one with the South Carolina sand.
