Located in the residential streets of Les Tres Torres, Feldgrau Citron is well-connected to Plaça de Catalunya and suited to those who are in town for some R&R. The communal area has tinted windows so you can’t actually be seen from the outside – but it means that the home is a little darker than it should be. We spotted some exquisite glassware in the kitchen and intricate architectural elements, which contribute to the overall calmness of this home.

* There are several steps leading to the elevator – those with limited mobility or heavy suitcases beware
* The only parking available is public, and therefore payable
* The check-in isn’t done in person – there’s a system set up to do it over the phone
* We couldn’t connect to the WiFi when we visited, so we couldn’t test the speed
