Rent Apartment Nadeshiko Satin Isle of Wight
Holiday Home Rental Description
This old farmhouse was built in 1820 and sits in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the Isle of Wight. It’s a seven-minute walk to Brook Beach if you want to take in the sea air, and the surrounding hills and valleys are filled with walking trails. Views from the farmhouse take in the patchwork of fields around you. On the outside, it’s typically 19th-century with a stone facade and pitch-roofed doorway. We were taken aback at how modern it is inside, with soothing sofas in stone grey and sleek Scandi-wood floors. The custom-designed kitchen is a haven for cooking with beautiful granite-topped counters, a big range cooker and a Belfast sink. Breakfast is a sunny affair in the dining room with its curved bay of windows. From here, you can head out the French doors to the private patio, where a picnic bench provides a spot for a morning cup of tea and a built-in brick barbecue means summer dining outdoors. Or, head to the communal gardens and let the kids play in the fort, swings, slide and trampoline.
