The home does lack a lived-in feel, however, with underfloor heating and speakers in every room it has been impressively finished. A concierge to welcome you is also a nice touch after a long day of exploring.

* It’s a ground floor apartment so from the living space you only get street views and you’ll have to draw the curtains for privacy
* There is only air conditioning in the bedroom
* There’s a sofa-bed for an additional two guests but they will have to use the shower in the en-suite, so it won’t be the most comfortable setup
* Not the most formal dining arrangement here – just stools
* The narrow terrace area is on the street side so isn’t that practical
* There’s Sonos in the living room but not in the bedroom
