Inside this contemporary villa, the living areas are spacious and stylish, boasting bright and airy rooms that make you feel at ease the moment you walk in. Spread over three floors, this modern property has enough room for everyone to spread out, finding moments of peace individually as well as sociable, open-plan areas ideal for entertaining as a group. On the ground floor, you will find a large, fully-equipped kitchen with beautiful views out to the garden, a cheerful, open-plan living area featuring a lounge and dining space, equipped with modern furniture and fittings. Large doors lead out to the large terrace, so you can meander easily between the interior and exterior spaces. There is a further family-living room on this floor, along with a laundry room. On the basement floor, a play area lends itself to children. The five luxurious, en-suite bedrooms are spread over the ground floor and first floor, with the two first-floor rooms also offering fabulous dressing rooms!
