This lovely villa for up to 8 people is located in the popular coastal town of Calpe and under an hour’s drive of Alicante Airport. Calpe hosts an array of bars, restaurants, shops and sandy beaches making it the perfect location for a holiday to the Costa Blanca. With spacious rooms, high ceilings and traditional wooden beams there is bags of character within the property offering guests a high level of comfort.
There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms located over 2 levels and set in a beautiful plot overlooking the town of Calpe and coastline. The outside area consists of a large private swimming pool and patio area with plenty of covered and uncovered seating areas. Make the most of the barbeque and dine al fresco in the outdoor seating area whilst you watch the sun set over the landscape. There is even a swing outside… perfect for children (and adults) alike!
Overall, Villa Bou’s located and close proximity to amenities make it the best choice for a family or friends holiday to the sunny Costa Blanca.
