A modern villa that sleeps eight, with four good –sized bedrooms, Villa Roll is just the spot to enjoy a relaxing family holiday or a special occasion away with friends. Of the four bedrooms, three are twins affording lots of flexibility depending on the requirements of your group. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning, en-suite bathrooms and access to the villa’s terraces – two are on the ground floor and two up on the first floor, reached by stairs with an ornately decorated balustrade.
The ground floor living accommodation is largely open plan – the sitting room and dining room are laid out together, but have clearly defined areas. There are sofas and armchair and satellite television, as well as large double glass doors leading out to the terrace, fully taking advantage of the wonderful sea views.
The kitchen has modern fully fitted units and all the appliances you might need – buy fresh fish and vegetables from the nearby local market and enjoy cooking them back at the villa. Perhaps indulge in a glass of the local wine out on one of the terraces, before dinner at the large dining table here.Down on the lower ground floor is a gym with fitness equipment, as well as a shower room with WC. If the gym sounds too much like hard work, head outside and lounge by the private swimming pool – fully taking advantage of the sunshine and wonderful sea views.
Outside the villa, just next to the swimming pool and outdoor shower, there is an excellent fully fitted summer kitchen – complete with hob, fridge/freezer and a dining area. It’s just next to the barbecue so you can really go to town and cook something delicious with ease – no ferrying to and from the villa as everything you will need is right here. And what better way to immerse yourself in the area than by enjoying locally caught fresh fish from the market?Villa Roll is a gorgeous property strategically located between the popular towns of Calpe and Moraira in the Costa Blanca region with amazing views over the coastline.
Calpe, a former fishing village, is now a popular tourist town with white sandy beaches, restaurants, bars and shops to explore.
