The Casa Benisa villa, which is a golf resort accommodation, offers luxury relaxation because we all deserve to indulge every now and again.
Start your day with a fresh juice from your juicer, as you relax in the open plan living and dining room, which has incredible views. End your day much the same, with a glass of wine in hand and a feast on the barbeque, or from the well-equipped kitchen. This villa has everything you need to feel at home. The interior of this villa oozes a homely feel, with plush, comfy sofas and quaint little touches that make you feel at home.
The kitchen, which is open plan and looks out over the ocean really has everything you need such as a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and juicer. Meals can be enjoyed in the dining room, also with a stunning view, or on one of the terraces, which, you guessed it, also has a view. Seeing as relaxing can be so tiring, downtime is a must and the lounge with cable and satellite television is perfect for movie nights.
The villa has three bedrooms, all of which are air-conditioned to help you sleep on the balmy Spanish nights.  Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the other has two singles. With the perfect bedroom to bathroom ratio, this home has three bathrooms, two of which have a single washbasin and shower and the other with a single washbasin and toilet.
As you step outside, you are greeted by a spanning view of the ocean in the distance. And despite its residential location, the villa has optimal privacy, thanks to the greenery, as you look out over a golf course below from your private pool.
Whether you spend your day sunning yourself on the deck chairs by the pool or relaxing on one of the two terraces, one of which is covered, with a good book – there are plenty of options to keep you entertained and relaxed.  All of this is located just two kilometres from Cala Andragó beach and the nearest town, Benissa.This villa is situated along the Costa Blanca, a 200 kilometre stretch of the Mediterranean coastline in the medieval town of Benissa. This town has an incredibly rich history, with medieval architecture and plazas largely preserved. The villa is golf course accommodation, so there are plenty of opportunities for a game, or three.
You can spend your days wandering the narrow streets, exploring the plazas and admiring the Nuestra Señora De Los Desamparados church, castle and Torre Vigia ruins, all of which are within ten kilometres of the villa. The scenery in the area is expansive and includes cliff tops, rocky coves, beaches and beautiful bays. As the day draws to an end, you can enjoy the local cuisines and fresh seafood that has been locally caught.
Benissa’s central location means it has direct access to the motorway, making it an ideal starting point for day trips to the mainland or to other coastal towns along the Costa Blanca. Stunning beaches and historical towns are all within reach. Whether you head to the upmarket town of Moraira with beautiful, unspoilt beaches, a marina and boulevards with excellent Michelin star restaurants, bars and shops or to Calpe, another town with medieval ruins, like that of the Pobla de Ifac – there is plenty to see and do around.
Of course, you are also within driving distance to some of the most stunning beaches in the world, with countless beaches that have been awarded EEC Blue Flags because they are clean, safe and accessible. After all, with 3,000 hours of sunshine a year and an average afternoon high of 20 degrees year round, you can’t go wrong with a beach day.
The villa is located within 100 kilometres of two airports, Alicante and Valencia making arriving and departing an easy task.
