You’ll find the luxury of Villa Teulada in a pretty, residential corner of the Costa Blanca region. Teulada and Moraira are neighbouring towns, and your private villa and pool is the perfect base for exploring their delights. It’s less than a kilometre to the nearest beach, restaurants and shops.
Sleeping eight people, Villa Teulada has the feel of a grand country house. It’s more than big enough for two families to holiday together, or for a group of friends to share. All four bedrooms are air conditioned which is a rare treat. The double master bedroom is en-suite and the two bathrooms are modern and fully tiled. Otherwise there is an additional double and two twin rooms. The open-plan lounge and dining area is impressive and beautifully decorated. This connects with the well-appointed kitchen. Move outside and you’ll find the long outdoor terrace. This amazing feature runs the full length of the villa. Your eyes are immediately taken to the magical view overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the rocky outline of the Costa Blanca coast in the distance. 
Here you can sit, relax and feel the pressures of life back home leave you, one by one. This is your place to dine al fresco morning, noon and night. You could maybe end the day with a glass of Cava, to accompany the sparkle of the sea as the sun goes down. 
Several steps take you down to a second, substantial terrace and private pool. This entire area has been thoughtfully designed and cared for, with lots of sun loungers, tables, chairs and even an outdoor shower and barbecue. The attractive gravelled garden is dotted with Mediterranean shrubs and trees, adding to the lush greenery surrounding Villa Teulada. Eight people can happily find their own spot both on the terrace and in the irresistible pool. It’s exclusively yours for sun, fun, siestas and barbecues.
If you ever tire of your private villa and pool (and amazing view), Moraira beach is only a few minutes from your door. It’s white sands and clear blue sea will lure you away from Villa Teulada, as will the upmarket shopping streets, cafes and restaurants of Moraira’s town centre. Thanks to the year-round sunshine and cool sea breeze; pine, palm and fruit trees thrive in the countryside round Teulada and Moraira. The region is famous for oranges, almonds, olives, seafood and wine – all you need for a Mediterranean diet! If you fancy exploring, there are hiking trails in the vicinity of Villa Teulada which will take you off-road for some peace.
Beaches are dotted along the coast here and within a kilometre of your villa, Moraira boasts two. El Portet is by the marina and Playa l’Ampolla is larger and closer to the town. Despite being popular with visitors and the Spanish, Moraira still has traditional charm with an old market square and cobbled streets. The street market is open on Friday mornings, where you can buy fresh, locally grown produce or leather, jewellery and ceramics.
The marina is a great place to settle into one of the restaurants or bars, and watch the comings and goings of yachts, and sailors and Portet Cove is the place to book water sports. From here, it’s a short but steep walk uphill to Cap d’Or, where you’ll have a spectacular view of the bay.
Beyond Moraira, there are a number of beautiful places to visit. Benissa is an ancient town about twenty minutes’ drive inland. Its medieval town centre and winding narrow streets are well worth the trip. Or Calpe, twelve kilometres south of Moraira, is home to the iconic Penon de Ifach. This dominates Calpe’s coastline. Behind this huge outcrop of limestone rock lies the town centre; a lively tourist destination offering up more beaches.
Teulada is a municipality within Moraira. At its historic centre is the church of Santa Catalina, honouring this traditional town’s patron saint. Teulada lies deep within the wine-growing region and is surrounded by vineyards.
