With five bedrooms it is ideal for a family holiday or a special celebration with friends. The open-plan living-dining room is comfortable and warmly furnished with wonderful large patio doors opening up to a magnificent balcony terrace facing the beach with stunning sea-views. The separate kitchen is well equipped with everything you need if you choose to dine in, whether al-fresco under the stars whilst watching the world go by from your balcony or inside on the generously sized dining table. If you wish to eat out there is a great variety of restaurants within a short walk catering for all the family.
There are five bedrooms in the villa, three doubles facing the beach which benefit from a lovely sea-view to cool you down even in the summer months, plus two further twins at the rear. They share three modern bathrooms and they are all decorated in simple, contemporary but warm styles.
Outside it will be hard to tear yourself away from the beautiful balcony terrace with its wonderful sea-views, a perfect spot for sipping a glass or two of local wine and sampling some local delicacies dining al-fresco. Steps lead down to an enclosed garden area with trees and lawns which lead to your very own swimming pool and further outdoor furniture.
Villa Clara is located in the heart of Calpe, surrounded by apartments, hotels and the bustling life of the charming seaside town. Just 25m from your gardens are steps leading to the lovely town beach of Playa Arenal, more than one kilometre of fine golden sands and clear waters, its facilities have earned it a blue flag.  Calpe is most famous for its spectacular 600m high granite rock on the coastline, Penon de I Fach. A walk around the old town with its narrow streets and pavement cafes is also a must for any visitor to the area.
There are good public transport links from Calpe for those with a sense of independence whilst others may prefer to hire a car to explore some of the more traditional inland villages or less discovered beaches of this interesting and beautiful part of the Costa Blanca. It is rare to find a villa with direct access to the beach. Villa Clara offers this as it is in the heart of bustling Calpe, just a short walk down to the promenade and urban beach of Playa Arenal. The beach is just over a kilometre long and is backed by restaurants, cafes, hotels and holiday homes such as Villa Clara. It has fine golden sand, playgrounds and clear waters, it has earned its blue flag due the clean sea and facilities on offer.
The restaurants and shops of Calpe are literally on your doorstep, it is a lovely family friendly resort which is popular in the summer. Keen explorers with a car will love driving north to discover the Benissa coastline. You will find pretty coves, hidden by pine trees and some only reached from the road by foot, ideal for scuba diving or just enjoying the calm, clear waters of this part of the Costa Blanca.
Alternatively, Moraira, at the north-eastern end of this coastline, is a seaside resort popular with Spanish families. It has grown from a fishing village to a pleasant and charming holiday town that has managed to retain much of its Spanish character. It has an impressive marina, great restaurants and the market on Fridays is the perfect place to pick up some local produce to take back to your villa. The surrounding region is mountainous with beautiful scenery and many traditional villages to explore.
The more active holiday maker has a great choice of activity within the area with golf courses, horse riding and a wide range of watersports and other land based activities nearby. The region also has some wonderful walking trails along cliffs, woodland terrain and through rural villages.
