Located in a quiet, residential area of Benissa, Villa Cipriano’s hillside location affords the most amazing views. This cheery private villa with pool has intimate charm, where seven people can happily share a wonderful holiday in this pretty corner of Costa Blanca.
Villa Cipriano’s four bedrooms are split across two floors, with two rooms on each and all sharing two bathrooms. There are cosy sitting rooms, where you can find your own space but the kitchen-lounge-dining area is open-plan and the place for everyone to share meals and holiday time together. And talk about a room with a view! The dining room looks out through a beautiful arched window onto the hills opposite. The mountains in the distance give way to valleys and terraced hills, which roll down to the sparkling Mediterranean Sea and the Rock of Ifach.
Downstairs, the additional kitchen-diner leads out to your terrace and private pool. What a luxury to have this all to yourself! Surrounded by breath-taking scenery, the terrace features a table, chairs, umbrellas and sun loungers. There’s even an outdoor shower to help wash away the heat if the Costa Blanca sun becomes too much. Or you could just jump into the pool. Its attractively shaped with broad steps at one end for lowering you into the refreshing water, if jumping isn’t your style!
Supermarkets and town centre amenities can be found at Cala de la Fustera. Your nearest beaches are between five and ten kilometres, strung along the coast from La Fustera to Moraira. Playas Llobella, Pinets and Baladrar are small and beautiful. Villa Cipriano is a great base for exploring Benissa and the surrounding area. It’s one of the oldest towns in the Costa Blanca and less than a fifteen-minute drive. Wander round the narrow streets in the historic centre, discover traditional bars serving the local tapas dish of cured sausage and maybe experience one of the many fiestas and street markets held in Benissa throughout the year. At 275m above sea level, the drive home provides spectacular panoramic views of the mountains, countryside and sea.
A little further north, you have the smart coastal town of Moraira, with its marina and seafood restaurants. Lying south of Villa Cipriano, Calpe is a bustling tourist town and home to Penon de Ifach – the magnificent limestone rock visible from your terrace.
Beautiful award-winning beaches are strung along Benissa’s three-mile stretch of coastline like pearls. Each one unique, you’ll discover intriguing coves, ripe for exploring, or gently sloping sandy beaches. But all are lapped by the calm waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Cala Llobella is your closest.
The countryside surrounding Benissa is a mix of fruit tree orchards, olive groves, vineyards and Mediterranean pine trees. The thousands of sunshine hours each year, coupled with the cooling sea breeze, create the perfect climate for growing the delicious Mediterranean produce found in local dishes. If you’re lucky, you’ll pick up a scent of orange blossom on one of the walking routes close to Villa Cipriano.
