This charming, contemporary villa has everything you may need for a relaxed holiday away. On the ground floor, there is a spacious kitchen and dining area, fully-equipped for your use. The lounge offers loads of room to put your feet up and relax, snuggling onto a sofa and catching up on your favourite television! All the rooms are bright and airy, benefiting from large glass windows and doors, that allow a constant connection to the beautiful outdoor space.
There is one double bedroom with its private bathroom on this floor, with a further two double, en-suite rooms and a single bedroom on the first floor. The first floor boasts a breath-taking balcony, with luxurious outdoor furniture, this is the ideal spot to sit as the sun goes down, enjoying the warm climate and sipping an evening aperitif!
As you step out to the terrace, there is a barbecue and outdoor cooking area undercover, with a large dining table, perfect for friendly evening meals. The tempting private swimming pool sits in the centre of the terrace, surrounded by deck chairs and a large lawn area, ideal for kids to run about on!This charming villa is situated close to the seafront on the coastline of the Istrian Peninsula. The villa is about a 15-minute drive from the lovely, seaside city of Pula. The central location of the property makes it an ideal base for exploring the Istrian peninsula. Located in the suburb district of Valbandon, near to the beautiful and atmospheric village of Fažana, this is a fabulous spot for enjoying local eateries, fresh seafood and finding privacy and tranquillity away from the hustle and bustle.
Pula is a beautiful seafront city on the tip of Croatia’s Istrian Peninsula, is known for its protected harbour, beach-lined coast and Roman ruins. The town was historically part of Italy, with the influence of architecture and food still very apparent. The bustling eateries serve up pizza, pasta and gelato as staples, at times it feels that you are dining in a quiet corner of Tuscany! Pula is also a major fishing port, so the seafood is excellent too. Through the summer, Pula’s town centre becomes a place for festivals, with music, theatre and film occupying the beautiful streets and buildings.
Heading north from the city, the Brijuni National Park offers a collection of densely wooded islands, magical to explore.
