Villa Coronilla Spain

Villa Coronilla is a 3-bedroom villa located in family-oriented Tosalet, Javea, just a short distance from beautiful Arenal Beach. An attractive Spanish style property it features a large pool, al fresco dining and air conditioned bedrooms. 
A private driveway and secure gate lead through landscaped gardens to a charming semi-covered lobby area complete with Spanish style sink for rinsing off sandy feet after days on the beach.  Inside is a kitchen kitted out with all modern appliances, updated but still retaining a traditional feel. The beautiful big lounge has comfortable seating around a fireplace and flat screen TV with UK Freesat channels. The dining area looks out on to the pool and gardens and features a large rustic table sitting beneath Toscan stone arches.      
All three bedrooms are air-conditioned; the master bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. There are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles which share the family bathroom. 
Outside the large 8 x 4m pool takes centre stage surrounded by sun loungers and a fantastic barbecue area making it the ideal spot to sit and relax, enjoying a casual meal.  With perfect temperatures all year long the Costa Blanca has so much on offer: safe, gorgeous beaches, spectacular coastline, upmarket dining, shopping and buckets of culture! 
Relaxed and picturesque, Javea is a fantastic choice for a family holiday, with large sandy beaches protected by rocky outcrops making the water calm and safe for little ones. The surrounding mountain landscape is dramatic and its long promenade plays host to over 50 restaurants and bars. 
Just a short drive from Javea are a host of exciting activities to enjoy including golf, theme parks, water parks and even safari parks! At Excellence Luxury Villas we pride ourselves on going that little bit further for our guests.
