This wonderful hill-top villa in Javea is ideally situated in a tranquil urban area just a short distance from the towns of Jávea/Xàbia and boasts spectacular views across the landscape. Villa Sarita can accommodate up to 8 guests and could be the ideal choice for a family or group of friends wanting a large villa to rent in the Costa Blanca.
Villa Sarita is spread over 3 levels and offers plenty of privacy. Each room is bright, spacious and boasts comfortable furnishings throughout. The rooms benefit from glorious mountain views. There are 3 double bedrooms, each with private ensuite bathrooms and air-conditioning whilst a second living room can be converted into a 4th bedroom with a comfy sofa bed.
The outdoor space that this villa provides is absolutely divine and we are sure you will want to spend most of the time outdoors soaking up the sunshine. The villa boasts various terraces, comfy seating areas and places to simply admire the view. There is a private swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on those hot days. A summer kitchen is also the ideal place to cook and dine al fresco at any time of the day.  
Villa Sarita is simply stunning, although in a quiet area the amenities are only a short distance away as well as the beaches so would be perfect for families!Javea has a wealth of restaurants, cafes and nightlife for the evenings, all of which are family friendly. Javea and Costa Blanca are full of things to do, no matter your age, with national parks, sandy beaches, theme parks, local markets and many more on hand.
