Centrally located, this stunning villa enjoys a very private garden space, a fabulously modern design and great views from its privileged hilltop position! Arriving at the property, there are two private, shaded parking spaces available to you. Stepping inside, the interior is incredibly spacious, modern and sleek.
The kitchen is almost futuristic, with glossy white fittings and a huge island to provide plenty of room for meal preparation. The kitchen opens out directly to the living/dining area, with A/C and heating. A large TV sits centrally within the room, dividing the relaxation area from the indoor dining area, with a smooth glass table and seating for all the party. WiFi is available free of charge throughout the property.
On this ground floor, there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a full bathroom. The last bedroom, a second twin-room, is on the first-floor, alongside a shower room. Both bathrooms are bright and modern. All three bedrooms have a beautifully minimalist design, air conditioning and a large set of floor-to-ceiling windows to ensure it is shiny throughout the day. The first-floor room also benefits from access to the terrace, a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee!
Externally, the villa benefits from two exquisite sun terraces, both enjoying fabulous views of the surrounding leafy neighbourhoods and traditional buildings. The ground-floor terrace has a beautiful private pool as well as a sheltered dining table, to allow you to enjoy alfresco meals under the shining sun or the evening skies. The first-floor terrace provides the perfect spot for sunbathing or an evening glass of wine.

It enjoys a very well preserved medieval town centre with many churches, narrow and cobbled streets and market squares. Thoroughly enchanting in itself, the municipality of Benissa stretches all the way to the coast, and is slightly elevated in the mountains, the town offers some of the most beautiful panoramic views of the Mediterranean!Just a stone’s throw away, enjoying the inland mountains to the West and the beautiful sandy coves of the Mediterranean Sea to the East, the coastal town of Moraira provides something for every taste! Famous beaches, such as the Playa de L’ampolla with its pedalos and parasols, and Playa del Portet, ideal for children with its abundant shallow waters, are located within the town, and with the average winter temperature in Moraira at 18.1° C, you might find yourself sunbathing even in December!
