Situated in the Pays de Fayence department, just 3 km from Tourrettes and Fayence, two lovely provençal villages with restaurants, bars and shops, it is an ideal base to explore both the Var Department and the French Riviera. Grasse is just over half an hour away as are the beaches of Saint Raphael and Frejus.
Furthermore, the fanciest cities of the Cote D’Azur such as Nice, Cannes and Antibes, are also within easy reach.
The house is built on two levels and comprises of bright and spacious living and dining areas, a cozy library room and a modern, air-conditioned kitchen. The master bedroom also features A/C and has a private terrace.
The fully enclosed grounds ensure maximum privacy and seclusion from neighbours and the outside world alike. The lovely kidney-shaped pool is a great refreshing way to stay cool in the summer. There are also three covered terraces and a barbecue, providing plenty of al-fresco spots.
Nestled in the magnificent provençal countryside, yet very close to the beautiful beaches and cities of the French Riviera, Maison Jaune encompasses all necessary elements to ensure a serene and restful escape.Maison Jaune is tucked away in the impressive Pays de Fayence district of the Var Department, an area comprising of eight provençal hilltop villages dotted with narrow streets, quaint houses, traditional craft shops, ancient churches and medieval remains, all worth a visit!
The natural landscapes here are simply breath-taking, with an abundance of outdoor activities, both on water and on land, including biking, hiking, fishing, canyoning, horse-back riding and golfing.
Grasse, the European capital of the perfumes, as well the fancy and busy French Riviera are only half an hour drive away. In the seaside towns of Saint Raphael and Frejus, you will find many family friendly beaches and an exceptional choice of leisure activities for all ages.
