The living area is a spacious affair and an open plan design connects it to the kitchen and dining room. The delightful kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar ideal for casual mornings, ensures that you can prepare any meals you like in the comfort of your home, and perhaps try your hand at preparing some of the local delicacies. With underfloor heating throughout and air conditioning in the bedrooms, you can enjoy total comfort no matter the weather.
There are four beautiful bedrooms, each filled with natural light that flows in through the patio or balcony doors, with delicate and charming décor. The master bedroom includes an open-plan bathroom with an indoor garden showcasing cacti in a unique fashion.
In the gardens you’ll find glorious terraces where you can gaze out at the magnificent views towards the sea or just relax by the dazzling infinity pool and gardens on the lower levels. An air-conditioned summer house including a fitness room is available for your enjoyment or for further relaxation look no further than the impressive outdoor Jacuzzi.
The dazzling coastline of the French Riviera, with its luscious sandy beaches, dramatic rugged cliffs and glamorous coastal towns is just a stone’s throw away, and the sparkling crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea await you! Nearby Théoule-sur-Mer is famous for its striking red cliffs tumbling down to tiny inlets as well as the charming marina, beautiful sandy and rocky beaches, some only accessible by foot, and crystal-clear sea. You’ll also discover restaurants nearby in stunning settings.
In the summer there’s a boat shuttle from Théoule-sur-Mer to Cannes, where you can walk along the famous city promenade, La Croisette, and soak up the glitz and glamour that surrounds you. The fashionable city, just 13km away via the coastal road, has a brilliant nightlife, some superb restaurants and a great choice of lovely sandy beaches, both public and private.

Théoule-sur-Mer is famous for its striking red cliffs tumbling down to tiny inlets as well as the charming marina, beautiful sandy and rocky beaches, some only accessible by foot and some via steps, and crystal-clear sea. You’ll also discover restaurants nearby in stunning settings, including one or two within a short walk. There is also a variety of watersports in and around Théoule-sur-Mer as well as a diving centre.

Heading inland, there is a wealth of other idyllic villages to visit such as Mougins (18km), Valbonne (25km), Opio (30km) and Biot (30km), not forgetting wonderful Grasse (26km). Known for its perfume heritage and vivid fields of lavender, it sits within the stunning backdrop of cascading hills and vast vineyards, olive groves and winding rivers.
The region offers fantastic opportunities for horse-riding, hiking and cycling as well as a wealth of family-friendly activities, from go-karting and paintballing at Plateau de la Saree (33km) near Grasse to water-sports and waterparks in Antibes (30km) When in Antibes, don’t miss the old town as well as some of the chic bars in Juan-les-Pins just to the south.  
Those who enjoy a day of golf are utterly spoilt for choice in this region, with the Royal Mougins (15km) only 30 minutes away or even nearer the Golf Old Course Cannes Mandelieu (6km) just a few minutes by car.
For an amazing day out, head even further inland to the rugged interior and enjoy spectacular views of the whole riviera from Gourdon (40km). Swim from the rocks in Gorges du Loup (40km) or head to wonderful Caussols (50km) you will find an observatory in this spectacular location.
Not forgetting beautiful Nice (45km), especially the maze of narrow streets in the old town.
