Perfectly situated near the medieval village of Biot, just a ten-minute drive to the coast, Maison Strelizia offers a perfect opportunity to relax, unwind and indulge in the glistening sunshine of the Côte d’Azur.
The interior design of the villa is chic, delicate and indulgent. From the exquisite open-plan living area you can flow easily onto the terrace to enjoy the delightful offerings of the garden through the vast patio doors, which fill the space with light, air and warmth. The kitchen is also easily accessed from the living area, with a stylish high archway joining the two.
All four bedrooms over the three floors are wonderful. Modern furniture, minimalist, almost Scandinavian design and beautiful touches like a TV in each room, or an open design bathroom with a luxury whirlpool bath, establish an ambience of opulence. All three bathrooms are similarly designed, with marble finishes and soft colours.
Just as beautiful as the interior is the sumptuous garden, full of plants and shrubs and bursting with life. By the pool there is a fabulous seating area for the whole group, perfectly positioned under a heater to ensure you can keep the party going late into the evening! And the pool is of course ideal for a warm day enjoying the sunshine and your holiday.
In a residential area, you’re ideally placed within walking distance to the delightful medieval hilltop village of Biot and just ten minutes by car from the dazzling coastline of the French Riviera, with its luscious sandy beaches, sparkling crystal-clear waters, dramatic rugged cliffs and glamourous coastal towns.
The charming town of Grasse (20km) is around half an hour away, nestled in the hills just a little north of the villa. to top it all, Antibes, Cannes and Nice are all under forty minutes away!

The medieval hilltop village of Biot (1.2km) is within walking distance where you will find some charming restaurants, pretty shops and atmospheric historical sites. Wandering around the village is like taking a step back in time.
The charming town of Grasse (20km) is around half an hour away, nestled in the hills just a little north of the villa. Known for its perfume heritage and vivid fields of lavender, it sits within the stunning backdrop of cascading hills and vast vineyards, olive groves and winding rivers. Take in the historical towns of Valbonne (especially on market day) and Opio en route.
The dazzling coastline of the French Riviera, with its luscious sandy beaches, dramatic rugged cliffs and glamourous coastal towns is under ten minutes away, and the sparkling crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea await you!
Our most active guests will adore the range of activities on offer nearby, especially around Antibes which is just 8km away. From water-sports to waterparks, hikes to bikes as well as wonderful horse-riding along the coast or in the rugged interior.
Those who enjoy a day of golf are utterly spoilt for choice in this region, with the Royal Mougins (17km) only 20 minutes away or even nearer the glorious Golf de Biot (3km) within a few minutes by car.
The stylish and chic city of Cannes is around 17km away, oozing splendour from La Croisette, the glamour-drenched promenade, many beaches and yet more vibrant nightclubs, of course famous for its international film festival which runs each year in May.
Mandelieu La Napoule, just a little south-west of Cannes, is an alternative, beautiful cultural hub with a rugged and rocky coastline that drops dramatically into the sea. Not forgetting beautiful Nice (22km), especially the maze of narrow streets in the old town.
