Your living area is a modern masterpiece: a double-height open-plan room with immense windows rising to the ceiling which is flooded with natural light, creating a warm ambience. To one side is a cosy lounge, complete with a state-of-the-art entertainment system and a seating area. A fabulous formal dining table is set to the other side, where an opening to the flourishing courtyard garden outside allows the fresh scent of the tropical foliage to flow through the interiors.
The budding chefs of the group will delight with this sublime modern kitchen, with sleek fittings and all the latest mod cons, and a wonderful island which extends alongside the dining area. A second kitchen mirrors the first towards the back of the villa, providing double the space for preparing really adventurous meals!
For when the time comes to lay your head down and catch some z’s, there are five supremely comfortable double bedrooms in which to do it. The first two are both on this ground floor and offer guests immediate access to the exquisite pool terrace, both with high-ceilings and plush amenities. One of these two is located in the adjacent guest villa, where two lucky members of the group will have access to a private sunset balcony, not to mention a private living area! There are a further three double bedrooms upstairs, all with equally beautiful contemporary designs, two of which enjoy their own private terrace!
All five rooms are accompanied by an ensuite bathroom, where marble surfaces meet oversized bathtubs and walk-in showers, and his and hers sinks offer tons of space for all.
And for the finishing touch, and perhaps the most beautiful, step out into your enchanting garden! The double-height structure of the villa extends into the garden to create a scintillatingly modern veranda, with marble surfaces and a shimmering pool alongside it. A sofa pod here makes for a perfect chill-out spot in the shade, while the incredible 28-meter infinity pool is ideal for lazing in the sunshine, surrounded by trees and a sea-breeze.
