Villa Constancia is a contemporary and stylishly furnished villa located within the Aroeira Golf Resort and enjoys its large garden, as well as access to the resort’s facilities.
Backed by an area of cool pine forest, the décor of the villa reflects its naturally beautiful surroundings. Soft furnishings in shades of slate grey are set against fresh, white walls, and a unique area of indoor greenery helps bring the outside in.
The luxurious accommodation of Villa Constancia is set over two floors, with a beautiful, modern staircase connecting the ground and first levels. On the ground floor are a wonderful open plan living and dining area. An elegant sofa and chairs sit in front of large patio doors that lead straight out into the outside space. A huge television with HDMI and USB inputs offers a variety of entertainment options for evenings in. Sharing this space is a dining area with a table that seats up to 10 people and doors to a partially covered terrace. There’s also a small office space with a desk that’s ideal for catching up on work or checking emails. The beautiful kitchen is well equipped with a range of modern facilities and also has a small dining table for casual breakfasts or lunches. A light, the bright bedroom features a double bed and bathroom with shower.
To the first floor are a further three bedrooms. One is an impressive master suite with a double bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. There’s another bedroom with one double bed and two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower. The last bedroom features three single beds. A family bathroom with shower provides a beautiful space in which to relax or get ready for a busy day out. There’s a terrace with stunning views and a seating area to make the most of them.
Two ground level terraces offer further living options with seating for relaxing and an outdoor table and chairs for dining, along with a gas grill. The villa sits within a plot that’s mostly made up of lawns and is bordered by attractive hedges that also provide peace and privacy. A fenced, private swimming pool is the main feature and has a decked space with comfortable cushions and chairs. A trampoline and football net will keep the children entertained.

Being part of the Aroeira Golf Resort means you have access to two 18-hole championship golf courses, four tennis courts, a communal tropical swimming pool and playground. You can enjoy the use of a spa, healthcare centre and a shopping centre with supermarket, laundry facilities and a range of snack bars and restaurants. Also take advantage of long walks through the areas of pine forest nearby to appreciate the nature and wildlife.
Fonte da Telha Beach is only a 5-minute drive from the villa and is one of the most attractive beaches in the area. Hire loungers and sun umbrellas for a small cost and relax as the children play on the soft, golden sand. The water is perfect for swimming, so don’t miss the opportunity to take a dip. Surfing is also particularly popular here. There’s a good range of restaurants from which to get lunch and refuel after a morning of activity, or to simply treat the family to ice creams.
The town of Setúbal is around 35 minutes away and is a fascinating place to enjoy a day trip. It’s a busy port with a rich fishing heritage and a lovely waterfront area. Within this area you can find the fishing harbour and a fun urban park. It also has an historic centre with labyrinthine streets and tucked away plazas where you can find plenty of interesting shops to browse. It’s home to Portugal’s biggest fish market – although the children might not be keen to visit that particular site of interest!
