The industrial architecture of the warehouse is complemented by plants and trees throughout, and colourful artwork that adorns the walls. The villa uses dark walls and finishing and bright colour accents throughout the home to create a fun, playful vibe.
It is no surprise that this stunning villa is often used for photo-shoots and film locations.
The villa can accommodate eight guests, all of whom will be fighting over the rooms. Each of which is decorated uniquely, sure to catch the eye of everyone. With grey-stone walls and flooring, each room offers pops of colour through stand-out artwork. Each bedroom has an en-suite, complete with large tubs and indoor, and dreamy showers.
The living area of this home is open-plan and even opens to the private pool and the garden. A large, colourful, sofa spans the length of the living room, a dark wooden coffee-table and chairs contrast against the vibrant touches and the plants that fill the living room. Days and nights can be spent, lazing on the couch as the topical breeze fills the room. There is, thankfully, also air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a feast, and there is also a water cooler which is ideal in warmer climates.
Though the warehouse has dark walls and ceilings, there is natural light streaming in the windows all around the home.
This villa has literally everything you could wish for to complete your escape to paradise, including a yoga studio designed with original features and high-end fixtures, off-street parking, a safe and breakfast included.
